Today you pay $39.99 for the 3-month plan or $6.99 for the 1-week plan. We email you before your first full-price charge. Cancel before it and that is all you pay. Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of your first charge and we refund it in full, with no reason needed. A full refund ends your access and cancels the subscription. Later charges, including the first full-price one, are not refunded as a matter of course, but you can cancel at any time and you are not charged again.

What do I pay today, and what later?

There are two plans. The 3-month plan costs $39.99 for your first 3 months ($0.44 a day), then $99.98 every 3 months until you cancel.

The 1-week plan costs $6.99 for your first week ($0.99 a day), then $17.49 every week until you cancel.

Prices are in US dollars and include VAT where it applies.

What happens when I press Get Cutonce?

You choose a plan and pay on our checkout page, by card through Stripe.

Then you open Cutonce and sign in with the email you paid with and a 6-digit code we send to it.

When does it renew?

The 3-month plan renews 3 months after your first payment, and every 3 months after that. The 1-week plan renews a week after your first payment, and every week after that.

We email you before your first full-price charge, so you can cancel in time.

How do I cancel?

How does scanning a piece work?

Take a photo of a piece of furniture you like. The app works out its parts and their sizes and gives you a complete plan to build it: a cutting list, a shopping list, drawings and numbered steps.

Can I get a plan for something that is not in the library?

Yes. Describe the piece you have in mind and how big it should be. The app draws up a full plan for it in minutes, with the same cutting list, drawings and steps as every other plan.

Which devices can I use?

Cutonce runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Sign in with your email and a 6-digit code.

Your progress is saved to your account at every step, so you can start on a computer and carry on with your phone at the bench.

Millimetres or inches?

Both. Choose one in the settings and every list, drawing and step uses it. Inches are written as fractions, the way a tape measure reads them: 610 mm is 24 in.

Is it for my skill level?

Plans are marked Easy, Moderate or Advanced, and take 2 to 10 hours. If this is your first build, start with an Easy plan.
